Fueguia 1833 offers a 14-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging to ensure the integrity of our artisanal fragrances. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been sprayed or removed from their secondary seal.

Contact our Concierge team via the online portal or email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original Fueguia 1833 wooden box and shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Complimentary Shipping
Affix the prepaid return label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure tracked and insured transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our laboratory verifies the product's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
